We're delighted to host another guided food and wine pairing experience with Bolney Wine Estate for a delightful evening of tasting and tipples.
Hosted by Bolney expert, Paddy Cronin, savour a specially curated selection of six canapés, expertly crafted by our Head Chef, each carefully paired with exceptional Bolney wines.

- Time: 6:30pm to 8pm (please arrive on time)
- Location: The White Horses, Rottingdean - back booth section of the restaurant

This event includes a selection of Bolney wines paired with the following canapés:
- Chilled Pea & Spinach Soup, cauliflower fritters, yoghurt, chive oil
- Truffled Pomme Anna, garlic aioli
- Samphire Pakora with date and tamarind chutney
- Severn Wye Smoked Salmon, warm Guinness soda bread, horseradish cream & capers
- The Beach Club Burger, slow braised beef cheek, American style cheese
- Scottish Oysters with shallot vinaigrette
