- You'll be pleased to know that four-legged friends are more than welcome to stay with us at The White Horses, as we have three dedicated dog-friendly rooms located on the ground floor. These will need to booked directly with the hotel on 01273 300301
- We do indeed! Our two Deluxe Rooms are perfect for families, and can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children under the age of 12.
- We want your four-legged friends to feel as looked after as you do, so you'll find a clean dog bed, a water bowl and treats in our dog-friendly hotel rooms.
- Our standard check-in time is 3pm and our standard check-out time is 11am.
- You may request an early check in or a late check out by contacting the hotel directly or asking at reception. Both are subject to availability and charges may apply.
- When you arrive at The White Horses, you can check in with our Reception Team from 3pm onwards.
- Nothing gets a day off to a great start like a hearty breakfast, and you'll find a delicious selection of dishes on our menu, served between 7am and 10am Mon-Fri and 07:30-10:30 Sat & Sun. Breakfast is £18.00 when pre-booked with your hotel stay, or £22.00 if you wish to drop by at any other time.
- If you booked your room with either a 'Bed and Breakfast' rate or a 'Dinner, Bed and Breakfast' rate, your breakfast is included in your stay.
- Unless you have booked your stay on an 'Advanced Purchase' rate, you can cancel pre-booked breakfasts by either speaking to the Reception Team or calling our Central Reservation Line on 0345 6086040. If you have booked your stay on an 'Advanced Purchase' rate, we are unable to offer a refund on pre-booked breakfasts. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am from Monday to Friday and 7.30am to 10:30am on Saturdays and Sundays. Breakfast will be served in the Restaurant during these times.
- Yes, we accept contactless payments at The White Horses. Contactless or card payments are mandatory for hotel guests when paying for their stay and a card must be presented when checking in, but we do accept both cash and cards in the bar and at the restaurant.
- Our hotel cancellation policy is dependent on the type of booking made and the rate selected. For full details, please refer to your booking confirmation or refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
- Hotel bookings at The White Horses can be changed subject to availability and the terms of your rate chosen, although charges may apply. To update or modify your booking, please call the Central Reservations Line on 0345 6086040 or call the hotel directly on 01273 300301.
- The hotel does not have a wedding space, however we can accommodate wedding parties, small groups and we also have a private dining room that can be rented for small parties and special occasions.
- We have a small room that can comfortably accommodate up to ten people for private dining or meetings. To make an enquiry and check availability, please contact The White Horses directly on 01273 300301.

- Parking is complimentary for overnight guests between the standard check in and check out times of 15:00 & 11:00, however spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking charges apply outside of these hours.

- Coming soon - the hotel will have two electric vehicle charging points available on a first-come, first-served basis. Should you have questions about nearby availability, please call the hotel team.
