From salads to soups, seared fish to Sunday roasts, our hotel menus are inspired by the changing seasons, each carefully curated by our chefs to harness every ingredient at its absolute best.
Keep things light with our sharing plates and bar snacks or go all-out with a three-course dinner, indulging your taste buds with our moreish mains, like our Beach Club Burger or our Roast Free Range Corn-Fed Chicken, served with pommes Anna, broad beans and garlic butter.
And no seafront restaurant menu would be complete without a classic plate of Fish & Chips. Our version features a tasty cider batter, with pease pudding, seaweed tartare sauce and gerkin ketchup on the side.
A love letter to the South Coast
From the East Sussex honey we spread on our toast or the Spring Lamb Rump served for dinner, you’ll find artisanal ingredients taking centre stage on all our menus, celebrating the care and craftsmanship of farmers, cheesemongers, bakers, fishmongers and butchers. The people who love what they do, love doing it well, and love doing it in a sustainable way. We always prefer to use local, regional and British produce where we can, so we can put the freshest flavours on your fork... and reduce our impact on the environment.
Need a little inspiration? Start the day with the White Horse Eggs Royale, served with smoked salmon from Seven & Wye in Gloucestershire. Enjoy a glass of wine at the bar with a Whole Crab Rarebit. Or enjoy a romantic date night with a Baked Sussex Camembert for two.
